The Warner Warehouse Garages is located within the Warner Business Park which is conveniently located 5 minutes east of Okotoks, by Aldersyde. The Park is just off Highway #2, and a quick 10 minute drive south from Calgary. We’re also a short 10 minute drive north from High River using convenient access to the highway #2 corridor.

You can store virtually anything in your Warehouse Garage. This includes recreational vehicles, quads, dirt bikes, vehicles, boats and everything between. Need to use your garage as a workshop? No problem, it can be used for that too!

Yes, this is your own personal space to do with as you chose. An MD of Foothills Development Permit and possibly a building permit may be required depending on the amount of interior development and uses planned. Our staff can assist you in obtaining any development permits you might need to complete the construction within your Warner Warehouse Garage.
Your Warehouse Garage comes with an approved 30″ x 20″ space on the man door for your signage.
Yes – For ALL your business storage and operational needs.
Yes, you can operate your business within your Warehouse Garage.
Yes, the Warner Warehouse Garages can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your personalized remote that is supplied to you. Temporary access can also be supplied to tradesman working on the interior of your garage.
Our property management company handles the daily operations and maintenance requests, complaints and everything between.
The Warner Storage Garage complex is gated and secured with remotes supplied to each tenant. Exterior building walls are made from solid concrete to enhance the security. We also utilize a camera system with 24/7 monitoring.
Yes, there are yearly property taxes that must be paid by each Owner directly to the MD of Foothills.
Yes, electricity is individually metered and billed through your chosen provider. Natural gas and water are metered and billed through the condo corporation, based on your individual usage.
The Warner Warehouse Garage complex is insured against fire and damage to the building exterior, however we recommend each owner to get their own individual insurance to protect the interior development as well as their valuables against theft.
Yes, you can work on your own vehicles or equipment within your bay. Please contact us with any question relating to vehicle servicing and repair work done in your Warehouse Garage.
No, you cannot use potable water for washing vehicles outside any of the garages.
